Free speech verdict victory for America, Re: Huge Infidel Victory: UC Muslim Students Found Guilty On All Counts Of Disrupting Public Meeting And Shutting Down Free Speech, Atlas Shrugs, September 23, 2011

Monday, September 26th, 2011

A jury in California struck a major blow for free speech and freedom of expression in the United States last week when it convicted members of the Muslim Student Union at the University of California at Irvine of disrupting a public meeting and conspiracy in relation to a speech given by the Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. on campus last year. The Muslim Student Union members deliberately disrupted the speech and tried to prevent the Ambassador from speaking and conspired to do exactly that. Their intent was to rob the speaker of his right to freedom of speech and rob the audience of their right to listen to what he had to say. Their actions clearly violated American law and custom, which the jury affirmed by convicting them. In effect the jury ruled that neither the Muslim Student Union or anyone else has the right to keep someone from speaking on a particular subject or to keep others from listening, no matter how much they disagree with whatever is being said or how much they revile the speaker and his or her background or country of origin. Peaceful protest is one thing and absolutely acceptable-preventing someone from speaking and others from listening is not, regardless of the reason.

Free speech is one of the cornerstones of freedom and democracy in the United States, of the American way of life. Without it there is no freedom or democracy in the U.S. and the American way of life simply wouldn’t exist any more. The verdict in California was much more than a victory for free speech and freedom of expression, it was a victory for the American ideal and America itself. Muslim Student Union members are trying to take away American’s right to freedom of speech and freedom of expression on university and college campuses all over the country, to eliminate free speech and freedom of expression as part of their desire and well-documented campaign to turn the United States into an Islamic nation governed by Islamic law, Sharia. There is no free speech or freedom of expression under Sharia. There is in America though and the jury simply affirmed that.

Congratulations to the jury for convicting the defendants and to the District Attorney for deciding to prosecute them in the face of heavy and sustained pressure by Islamic supremacists not to do so. The country needs more people like them in its ongoing battle against the Islamization of the land, in its ongoing battle to keep Islamists and Islam from taking over. There are many battles yet to come and if America is to survive people like them will be in the forefront.

They certainly are, Re: Palestinians submit U.N. statehood bid, Washington Times, September 23, 2011

Friday, September 23rd, 2011

Bull****. That’s the only proper response to the speech Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas gave at the United Nations this morning and to the bid he made for Palestinian statehood there.

The speech was full of distortions, exaggerations, prevarications, falsehoods and outright lies. In a word, bull****.

Palestinian’s supposed desire for statehood is bull**** too because they could have statehood in no time at all if they were willing to recognize and accept Israel’s right to exist and its character as a Jewish country and guarantee her security. If Palestinians really wanted a state that is what they would do. The fact that they won’t means that they don’t and that all their entreaties are phony and nothing more than meaningless blather.

Hey Mahmoud, you want a state? Prove it. Recognize and accept Israel’s right to exist and its character as a Jewish country and guarantee her security and statehood is yours. You won’t do that, will you? That can only mean you don’t want a state after all. Or peace either for that matter.

Like I said, bull****.

Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel also spoke at the United Nations this morning. This is part of his speech.

“I came here to speak the truth. The truth is that Israel wants peace. The truth is that I want peace. The truth is that Israel wants peace with the Palestinians, but they want a state without peace, and the truth is you shouldn’t let that happen,” he said. “The Palestinians should first make peace with Israel and then get their state. After peace is signed, Israel won’t be the last country to accept a Palestinian state-we will be the first.”

There you go Mahmoud. The ball is in your court.

United Nations unabashed sponsor of hatred, racism and anti-Semitism, Re: Hatefest III, New York Post, September 22, 2011

Thursday, September 22nd, 2011

The Palestinian statehood bid isn’t the only farce unfolding at the United Nations in New York this week.

The UN is holding Durban III to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Durban 1. Durban 1 was a United Nations sponsored conference held in Durban, South Africa which provided a platform for purveyors of hatred towards Jews and Israel to spout their bile. It was marked by flagrant anti-Semitism and perversions and distortions of reality and ignored and gave a free ride to human rights abusers everywhere while falsely accusing Jews and Israelis of being racist hatemongers who created an apartheid state in Israel. It was xenophobic, biased and anti-Semitic in the extreme and was a travesty which bore no resemblance to life in the real world at all. Durban II was more of the same and Durban III is going to be just like its predecessors.

Led by the United States, 14 countries have pulled out of Durban III and disavowed themselves from its preordained “conclusions’. The other 13 countries are Australia, Austria, Britain, Bulgaria, Canada, the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Poland. All 14 should be commended for taking a principled stand against hatred, racism and anti-Semitism.

On the other hand the 179 member nations of the UN who are participating in the farce that is Durban III should be condemned for doing so because participation is an implicit endorsement of the conference, its “conclusions” and everything it represents. The United Nations itself should also be condemned and held to account because by sanctioning, sponsoring and organizing the vile display it placed itself firmly on the side of hatred, racism and anti-Semitism, firmly on the side of bigots, Jew haters, historical revisionists and advocates of genocide. Not only it it tell the world that it agreed with hatred, racism and anti-Semitism, it showed the world that it sponsored it.

How to hold the United Nations to account? There’s only one way really. Defund it. The United States needs to take the lead in this too because the US supplies 22 per cent of the overall UN budget, a far higher percentage than any other country. America should withdraw these funds because the United Nations has turned into an ugly entity that is completely at odds with American values and principles, completely at odds with all that America stands for. It should also kick the UN out of New York, out of the US, because an organization that sanctions and sponsors hatred, racism and anti-Semitism violates American law and should have no place in America.

Obama didn’t go far enough, Re: No shortcut to statehood Obama tells Palestinians, The Guardian, September 21, 2011

Wednesday, September 21st, 2011

President Obama told the United Nations General Assembly this morning that as far as the United States was concerned statehood for Palestinians and peace with Israel can only be achieved through talks with the Jewish state. He also called on the UN to back off and allow Israelis and Palestinians and Israelis to work matters out themselves, saying “Ultimately, it is Israelis and Palestinians-not us-who must reach agreement on the issues that divide them: on borders and security; on refugees and Jerusalem.”

Palestinians are expected to bid for statehood Friday with a written request to the UN Secretary-General. He will approve the request and send it to the Security Council for a vote. The United States has decided to veto a result endorsing Palestinian statehood. The US ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice, echoing President Obama’s remarks, said “There is no shortcut to statehood.” and called the Palestinian bid “an unwise and diversionary gambit”.

While supporters of Israel and advocates for peace welcomed these developments and remarks they didn’t go far enough because they failed to address the biggest impediments to Palestinian statehood and peace there are, impediments which must be overcome and removed if Palestinian statehood and peace are to be achieved. Those impediments are the absolute, unequivocal refusal by the Palestinians to recognize and accept the legitimacy of Israel in the first place and her character as a Jewish state in the second and Palestinian’s absolute, unequivocal refusal to guarantee security for Israelis and Israel…to stop constantly trying to murder, maim and terrorize Israelis and remove Israel from the face of the earth. Palestinian statehood and peace will simply not occur if those things do not happen and the onus is entirely on the Palestinians to bring them about.

President Obama should have told the Palestinians that too and should also have said that the United States would no longer countenance and support their behaviour and would therefore no longer be sending them any funds, would stop sending them vast amounts of money for no return. That may have an impact. Nothing else will, veto or no veto or whether Palestinians are persuaded to withdraw their bid for statehood or not. Israel isn’t the problem and isn’t preventing anything. Palestinians are the problem and hitting them hard in their wallets might help them realize it. Besides, there is no moral or financial case which can be made for funding their behaviour anyway.

Come on President Obama, put your money where your mouth is.

Palestinians Don’t Deserve a State, Re: The Palestinian Statehood Gambit, Wall Street Journal, September 19, 2011

Monday, September 19th, 2011

The Palestinian Authority will attempt to get the United Nations to declare statehood for Palestinians at its annual meeting in New York later this week. Palestinians will apply to the United Nations Security Council for full membership in the UN. If that fails the UN General Assembly will vote on whether or not to grant Palestinians status as an observer state. Projections are that they may or may not be successful with the Security Council and that they would win a vote in the General Assembly by a considerable margin.

Palestinians don’t deserve a state of their own and it would be remiss and immoral of the United Nations to do anything which might lead to statehood for them. Why don’t Palestinians deserve a state of their own and why would it be remiss and immoral of the United Nations to do anything which might lead to statehood for them? Leaving aside the multitude of other reasons why Palestinian statehood is a non-starter the answer in the end can be summed up in one word…genocide.

A Palestinian state would make the destruction of Israel and the expulsion of Jews from the Middle East its first order of business. That’s genocide. That would be its raison d’etre and it wouldn’t rest until both were achieved. Genocide would be its aim from day one and there can be no doubt about that fact at all. If the United Nations sanctioned the creation of a Palestinian state it would be sanctioning genocide and everything that goes along with it…bloodshed, terror, hate, rape, murder, carnage, war and everything else. Nothing could be more remiss or immoral than that.

Palestinians are maniacs and butchers who want to commit genocide against Jews and Israelis and wipe Israel off the map. The United Nations should reject their entreaties in the name of humanity, decency and morality. If it doesn’t its no better than they are…if it doesn’t its principles and charter aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on… if it doesn’t it would be sanctioning genocide and everything that goes along with it, pure and simple.

Is genocide acceptable? Do people who wish to commit genocide deserve a state to pursue their ends? We’ll find out what the United Nations thinks shortly.

Only three possible reasons, Re: UN to hear Palestinian bid for statehood,, September 17, 2011

Sunday, September 18th, 2011

The facts speak for themselves and ignorance is no excuse.

Why on earth would anyone support the creation of a Palestinian state that beyond a shadow of a doubt will be racist, homophobic, misogynistic, consumed by hate, violent and oppressive…an apartheid state that will be corrupt, totally lacking in functioning institutions, unable to support and sustain itself with a dishonest, cavalier attitude to truth, reality, history, freedom and democracy…a state that will be wholly and indisputably devoted to the destruction of Israel and the expulsion of Jews from the Middle East?

Because they’re anti-Semitic that’s why.

Either that or because they’re completely deluded.

Or both.

Whichever it is, the Middle East and the rest of the world do not need a Palestinian state that promises to be exactly as described. The Islamic states in the Middle East and the rest of the world cause enough bloodshed, heartbreak, terror, carnage and war as it is and a Palestinian state would just add more of the same.

Israel Should Give Up on the Palestinians and Annex Gaza and the West Bank, Re: Palestinian Ambassador reiterates call for a Jew-free Palestinian state, The Daily Caller, September 13, 2011

Wednesday, September 14th, 2011

The Palestinian “Ambassador” to the United States said yesterday that a new Palestinian state should be free of Jews. He has made similar statements in the past and there is no doubt whatsoever that his views are shared by the whole of the Palestinian leadership and population and that a Palestinian state would be an apartheid state from the very beginning, just as Palestinian society is an apartheid society now. No doubt whatsoever. Hatred and disgust toward Jews and Israel is endemic and inbred among Palestinians and they have done everything they could to destroy Israel since the Jewish state first came into existence, since the notion of Israel was first broached. They will continue to do so whether they get a state of their own or not. That is a simple fact of life in the Middle East and that is why Israel should annex Gaza and the West Bank.

Making true, lasting peace with the Palestinians is not possible and annexation would prevent terrorist attacks on Israel and save Israeli lives and property. Israel has paid a terrible price in blood and treasure for withdrawing from Gaza and the West Bank and will keep on doing so as long as Palestinians are in control there. Israel has to take control back to save Israeli lives and property because the Palestinians are not going to change their ways and leaving Palestinians in power in Gaza and the West Bank gives them carte blanche to keep on sowing death and destruction, which they most assuredly will.

Palestinians won’t stop trying to murder and maim Israelis and wipe Israel off the map. Israel has to stop them and annexation is the only way to get that done. If anyone thinks differently they’re denying history and reality and dreaming in technicolor as the saying goes. Israel has to annex Gaza and the West Bank to stop the carnage because Palestinians won’t stop it themselves. They can’t because they are consumed with hatred and disgust for Jews and Israel and because their religion, Islam, won’t permit it.

Israel really has no choice because the Palestinians won’t give them one. Ever. Palestinians should be condemned for their behaviour and attitudes because condemnation is exactly what they deserve. They certainly don’t deserve their own state. The last thing the world needs is another hateful, racist, apartheid, anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, Islamic country, especially one that is totally unable to sustain and support itself.

Weakness = smelling blood = war, Re: Egypt’s Army Ignored U.S. In Mobbing/Embassy Attacked, National Post, September 12, 2011

Monday, September 12th, 2011

War between Israel and one or more of her neighbors is fast approaching. The situation in the Middle East is becoming more volatile and explosive by the minute because  Arab/Islamic countries in the region think the United States under President Obama is too weak to come to Israel’s assistance if she is attacked in force and Israel is too weak to defend herself by herself. In the Middle East strength trumps all and it is only a matter of time before Israel is attacked in force by Egypt, Turkey, Syria, Iran or any combination thereof, with the support, tacit or otherwise, of any number of other actors. Perceived American and Israeli weakness means that the Arab/Islamic world in the Middle East is smelling blood and we can expect a full-scale military conflagration as a result.

The recent attack on the Israeli embassy in Cairo and Egypt’s blatant failure to secure it, Turkey’s continued provocations and sabre-rattling towards Israel, Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons with the avowed purpose of using them against Israel, the ongoing attacks from Gaza, Sinai and the West Bank and the U.S. failure to intervene in Syria (among many many other things) are all tests of America’s resolve. So far America has failed miserably. None of Israel’s enemies in the Middle East is suffering any consequences at all from the United States for their attacks on Israel and no one believes the U.S. under President Obama will come to Israel’s defence when war breaks out. That’s a recipe for further attacks and war if ever there was one.

Thanks to President Obama, Arab/Islamic countries in the Middle East will keep on provoking and attacking Israel and will go to war against her because they think the United States will sit on the sidelines when they do, because they think they can get away with it and because they think they can win and destroy the Jewish state. Are they correct in their thinking? We’ll find out soon enough. President Obama isn’t going to change his ways and they realize their window of opportunity is closing as his chances of being re-elected next year are slim and getting slimmer day by day.

Arab/Islamic countries in the Middle East are smelling blood alright. Israeli blood. To be followed soon after by American blood if Israel loses.

Hey, maybe Israel will launch a preemptive attack on her own. That would be President Obama’s fault too.

Let’s Roll, Re: A Decade Out, We’re Losing, Human Events, September 11, 2011

Sunday, September 11th, 2011

Ten years after 9/11 Islam is seriously threatening freedom, democracy and the American way of life all over the United States and the possibility of Americans being maimed or murdered in attacks by Islamic terrorists has risen dramatically. There are many reasons for this of course, the main one being that the vast majority of Americans simply have no idea at all that Islam is the real enemy, that Islam and its foot soldiers seek to destroy the U.S. and turn America into an Islamic country, that Islam must be rejected and defeated if carnage is to be prevented and the United States is to survive and that the war against terror is really a war against Islam, not radical Islam because there’s no such thing, but Islam itself.

That’s one of the great tragedies of 9/11. Americans, led by their feckless, pusillanimous, anti-American President, have failed to define Islam as the real enemy, which means that they are in for more of the same…more bloodshed, more terror, more destruction, more attacks on their values, laws, principles and institutions, more of their rights and freedoms being whittled away, more of everything until the inevitable end. After all, how can you defeat an enemy if you can’t define it?

You can’t.

The Islamic foot soldiers who carried out the 9/11 attacks were motivated and inspired by Islam and committed mass murder in its name. So was everyone else who was involved in them. Islam was the root cause of the atrocities and is the root cause of every other terrorist attack carried out by Islamic foot soldiers in America since then. Denying that denies reality and denying reality means death.

There was no mention of any of this during the official 9/11 commemoration ceremonies in Washington, New York and Shanksville Pennsylvania because United States government policy expressly forbids linking Islam and terror. Nothing could be dumber, more shortsighted, more suicidal and more disrespectful of those who died and their loved ones than that-more disrespectful of America and everything it stands for and has always stood either for that matter.

The American people rising up and taking on Islam and its foot soldiers and apologists…now that would be a fitting 9/11 legacy.

Let’s roll, as Todd Beamer, hero of hijacked Flight 93 said just before it crashed in Shanksville on 9/11, killing all aboard.

Our lives and our country depend on it.

Real Reckoning Hasn’t Come Yet, Re: The Reckoning, International Herald Tribune/New York Times, September 10, 2011

Saturday, September 10th, 2011

Coverage of 9/11 by the mainstream media throughout the Western world has been disappointing and incomplete to date because there has been no real mention of the root cause of the attacks, no honest, objective, in-depth look at Islam itself.

Islam and its palpable disgust and hatred for all things Western and its clear, unequivocal imperative to force all non-believers to submit to its dictates is what’s really behind 9/11. That’s Islam period, not radical Islam or whatever other misnomer its adherents and apologists may use to whitewash or cover up its history and essential character, its past and present activities and true nature.

Islam’s ideology of hate, supremacy, conquest and submission (among other things) is the real origin of 9/11 and all the other atrocities and wars that are carried out in the name of Islam around the world. More events like 9/11 are inevitable and non-Islamic people, especially Christians and Jews, will never have any peace and security unless Islam is rejected and overcome and cast into the dustbin of history where it belongs. Its a remnant of the seventh century that should have no place in the twenty-first.

The mainstream media hasn’t done Westerners any favours by ignoring these basic facts. In actuality its done them a terrible disservice. Ignorance isn’t bliss after all. In this case its deadly.

Is Islam at war with the West? It most certainly is and the sooner we recognize and understand this and take serious measures to combat and defeat it the more likely we are to prevent terrorist attacks and keep Islam from taking over our lives and turning Western countries into Islamic states…the more likely we are to survive.

Westerners are a long way from doing any of that, that’s for sure.

There’s a reckoning coming alright but who its for remains to be seen. If its not going to be for us we have to fight back and fight back hard.

Starting now, while we still can.
