Islamorational, not Islamophobic, Re: It’s time to stop using the term ‘Islamophobia’, The Independent, July 6, 2012

Absolutely right, it is time to stop using the term ‘Islamophobia’.

My trusty old Webster’s Dictionary defines phobia as “an exaggerated usually inexplicable and illogical fear of a particular object or class of objects.” That means that Islamophobia is an exaggerated usually inexplicable and illogical fear of Islam. It also means that there is no such thing as Islamophobia because any non-Islamist (an Islamist being a follower of Islam) who has a true knowledge of Islam itself and of how it manifests itself in the world and has always manifested itself in the world cannot help but be terribly fearful. Their fear is not exaggerated, inexplicable, illogical or phobic. It exists because of the nature and reality of Islam and it is entirely reasonable, explainable, logical, justified and rational.

Islamophobia? It doesn’t exist, not to non-Islamists who value freedom (of thought, expression, the press, religion, conscience, sexuality, consent and all the other freedoms we in the West take for granted) democracy, the ability to think and act independently, secularism, pluralism, peace, security, tolerance and respect for their fellow human beings and who know what Islam is really all about anyway. For those people being terribly fearful of Islam isn’t phobic at all, it is rational and it is sane.

Islamorational is a term that could be substituted for Islamophobia. The definition could go something like this…’a well-founded, fully explainable and entirely logical fear of Islam’. In fact, Islamorational should be substituted for Islamophobia.

Islamophobia does not exist as we have seen but Islamorational certainly does. The number of people around the world who are non-Islamists and who are terribly afraid of Islam for very good reasons is very large and growing exponentially. Islam is an expansionist, supremacist creed which demands submission to its teachings and imperatives. At its heart it is hateful, unimaginably cruel, exceedingly violent, misogynistic, intolerant, deceitful and completely unwilling and unable to accept non-believers and those who think or act in anything but the proscribed manner. What non-believer, non-Islamist, wouldn’t be terribly afraid in the face of Islam’s reality? No one with any kind of an instinct for self-preservation, no one that is sane, no one that is Islamorational, that’s for sure.

There are also of course vast numbers of Islamorational people who are Islamist in name only who cannot leave Islam or act outside its boundaries because of the terrible consequences involved for them and their families. They are non-Islamist too in a sense. Rejecting Islam, leaving Islam, not obeying its mandates, criticizing or even questioning it are all things Islamists are not permitted to do and anyone doing any of those things is guaranteed to pay a horrific price. Those that do are extremely courageous and are to be admired…they are perhaps the most Islamorational of all of us.

Islam is on the march all over the world and unless Islamorational people rise up and stop it in its tracks Islamic states governed by Islamic law will be established everywhere. This is particularly true in the West, in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, throughout the Western world. Don’t believe me? Take a thoughtful, serious look at how Islam is impacting your country and your community and tell me it isn’t true…look around your country and your community and tell me that it isn’t suffering from Islamization and that it isn’t being Islamized as we speak. You can’t.

Yes, it is time to stop using the term Islamophobia and start using the term Islamorational. Its long past time actually. Its also long past time for Islamorational people to reject Islam and stop it from taking over their countries and communities, especially in the West, because if they don’t they will soon find themselves living an Islamic life and governed by Islamic law.

Really.
