Want to know the root of the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians in the Middle East, the foundation on which it is built?
The root, the foundation, the cause, is Islam.
Did you know that fully one third, that’s one third, of the Koran is devoted to denigrating and vilifying Jews?
Did you know that hatred and condemnation of Jews is an intrinsic part of Islam, is a fundamental part of it, is part of its very essence?
Did you know that Palestinians are disgusted by Jews, Israelis, and see them as less than human, that they believe that anything they do to them, men, women, children, old people, civilians, all of them, no matter how horrific, savage and barbaric, is legitimate and justifiable on religious grounds?
Did you know that their attitudes and behaviour are mandated by Islam, that Islam commands them to think and act the way they do?
Did you know that Israel’s existence is an insult and an affront to Islam and its adherents?
Did you know that Islam is supremacist and expansionist and a Jewish state, a Jewish presence, in the midst of an Islamic region is completely unacceptable on religious grounds?
Did you know that Palestinians want all the land that comprises Israel and want to get rid of all the Jews that live there and that they will accept nothing less?
On religious grounds.
And on and on…did you know that all of this and much, much more has been basic to Islam since its beginning 1,400 years ago?
Have you realized yet that there will never be peace between Israelis and Palestinians as long as Palestinians accept Islam and are governed by it?
If you’re interested in peace between the Israelis and Palestinians you should because its true.
Peace between the Israelis and Palestinians is simply not possible unless the Palestinians reject Islam or unless Islam undergoes a radical transformation and its Jew hatred is purged and consigned to the dustbin of history where it belongs, unless a true Islamic Reformation takes place.
Until that happens there may be temporary, short lived cease fires, truces and lulls in fighting but true, lasting peace between the Israelis and Palestinians, or between the Israelis and any of their Islamic neighbors for that matter, will be nothing more than a pipe dream.
Until that happens, any talk of true, lasting peace is utterly meaningless and any concessions the Israelis make to achieve it are utterly meaningless too and jeopardize the safety and security of Israelis and the existence of Israel, the Jewish state.
Sad but true.
Are you listening Mr. Kerry?
Are you listening Mr. Obama?
God, I hope so.
