President Obama’s true thinking on the Middle East may finally be coming to light as a result of the current unrest there.

Why is Obama being so forceful and encouraging to Egyptians who want to bring freedom and democracy to their country and why isn’t he being equally as forceful and encouraging to Iranians who want to bring freedom and democracy to theirs?

It may all have to do with Israel and his well known antipathy to her.

Obama knows perfectly well that freedom and democracy won’t come to Egypt, that all of the talk about freedom and democracy is really just a smokescreen. He can encourage freedom and democracy all he wants to in order to maintain his bona fides with his various constituencies but in the end the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamists will take over the levers of power and turn Egypt into an Islamic state and he knows it. This makes war with Israel a foregone conclusion because Islam is by definition anti-Semitic and anti-Israel and the Islamists who take control will see the destruction of the country as one of their first priorities. President Mubarak kept the Brotherhood and other Islamists at bay and was a real force for peace between Egypt and Israel. That explains why Obama was so quick to abandon him when the opportunity arose. With him gone the door is open for the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamists. That could very well mean the end of Israel, which is what he really wants.

Sure its farfetched and Machiavellian but look at the guy’s background, history and track record and convince me it isn’t so.

It could also be argued that Obama wants to keep the Mullahs in Tehran in power for the same reason, which explains why he has done absolutely nothing to encourage Iranians who are attempting to overthrow their government and rid themselves of the religious fanatics who control their lives. Obama knows that a government of the people in Tehran could conceivably make peace with Israel, even if it is a grudging and cold one, whereas the present government wants nothing more than to wipe her off the map and will soon have the means to do so. That’s why he has done nothing substantial to prevent Iran from developing and possessing nuclear weapons and why he has done nothing to encourage the Iranian people in their efforts to overthrow their government. It also explains why he has done nothing substantial to prevent Iran from funding proxies and collaborating with them to sow terror, destruction and death. He wants the Iranians (or the Egyptians, the Syrians, the Palestinians, Hamas, Hezbollah, anybody) to destroy Israel and the present government will take a shot at it in due course while a new government might not.

Again, look at the guy’s background, history and track record and convince me it isn’t so.

Is this really possible? Absolutely. We already know that Obama has a wanton disregard for the Constitution of the United States, that he is trying to remake the U.S. into a socialist state, that he is purposely weakening America at home and abroad and that he considers himself to be a superior being who knows what’s best for everyone. Put all that together with his past and its entirely possible.

Maybe he thinks that the world would be better off if Israel didn’t exist and if Islam reigned supreme in the Middle East. Maybe he’s not an apostate at all. Maybe he’s an Islamist.

Kind of boggles the mind doesn’t it. Sure does explain a lot though.
